Rare believes that behavioral science should be accessible.
We have a limited number of reduced rate tickets ($49 early bird, $99 regular) and full scholarship tickets available to ease the cost for small non-profit organizations, underrepresented communities, and those with limited access to professional development funds. Requests for a reduced rate or full scholarship are determined on an individual basis.

All tickets are valid for the named attendee. You may transfer your seat to a friend or colleague by emailing behavior@rare.org up to June 10, 2024. No refunds will be issued after May 31, 2024.

BE.Hive: Behavioral Insights to Environmental Impacts is a one-day summit that will explore the role of behavioral insights in environmental interventions and conservation outcomes that have been achieved as a result of behavioral and social sciences.

Frequently asked questions
I can no longer attend, can I send someone else in my place?
Yes! You may transfer your seat to a friend or colleague by emailing behavior@rare.org up to June 10, 2024. No refunds can be issued at this time.
Will there be lunch? Is it allergen-friendly?
Yes! We will be serving a vegetarian lunch with gluten-free and vegan options. Vegan and vegetarian snacks along with coffee, tea water and lemonade will also be available during the breaks. We do not have any nuts on our menu.
Can I bring water in the theater?
Yes! Beverages are allowed as long as they are in a container with a lid. To reduce waste, we encourage you to bring your own reusable water bottle or travel coffee mug with lids; however, compostable cups with lids will be available during our coffee breaks and at lunch. Food is not permitted inside the Fichandler.
Do you offer any services for those who are hard of hearing?
Yes! Onsite accessible parking is available on a first-come, first served basis, and all entryways in the theater are equipped with accessible ramps, elevators, and electronic doors.
Is this event accessible for guests with mobility concerns?
Yes! Assistive Listening Devices which help amplify and clarify sound onstage are available at the Visitor Services Desk in the lower lobby by the main lobby doors.
Is there a prayer room / mothers’ room available?
Yes! We will have a private room available. Follow the signs in the lobby or ask a Rare staff if you need help locating it. Note that because this will be available to all conference attendees who may need it, we cannot guarantee availability at specific times, so you may need to adjust schedule slightly.
